Retiring Baby Boomers Consider Home-Based Business Opportunity with Cbmall
The Baby Boomers generation is comprised of the 78 million Americans born between 1946 and 1964. In a recent Small Business Administration report on Veteran entrepreneurs, it was found that many Veterans work in home-based businesses, are older than 55, and put in more than 40 hours per week.
Baby Boomers are feeling younger and more active than ever. As a generation, boomers are already rejecting many of the traditional assumptions we make about older age. Sixty-four percent of Baby Boomers in a recent study say they feel about 11 years younger than their actual age. Nearly forty eight percent indicate they are more adventurous and willing to experiment than when in their 20s. Baby Boomers bring a different approach to aging by working longer than previous generations. Many Baby Boomers are asking the question, "Why retire?"
